Sorry this didn't help. I was able to work and install just fine, with the feedback that, if I don't log in I wouldnot be able to sync apps around all my devices, which is just fine by me. After all this is on my workstation at work, not private! It all worked fine, until I first tried to install skype and in that process it grabbed my Skype login from within the app and transferred it system-wide to other applications such as the store!! As a proof, I was able to install all these apps shown below, all without providing private store login data.
